The surface of the sectional material should be neat, and no presence of such defects of crackles, peeling, corrosion, bubbles, etc..

It is allowed to have slight pressed dents, bumps and abrasion on the surface of the sectional material. Their allowable depth is not greater than 0.07mm for a decorative surface, and is not greater than 0.10mm for a non-decorative surface, and the depth of an extruded mark of a mould is not greater than 0.03mm.

An end of the sectional material is allowed to have local deformation due to being sawed, and its vertical length should not exceed 10mm.

Cup-drawing test After a cup-drawing test with of the indentation depth of 6mm, there should not be the phenomena of splitting and coming off on the coating.
Appearance quality
The coating of a decorative surface of the powder-sprayed sectional material should be smooth and even, and it is not allowed to have such defects as flowing marks, swelling bubbles, crackles, sticking, etc, which influence the use. It is allowed to have a slight tangerine peel phenomenon, and the degree that is allowed should be indicated by a guide sample of a material object which both the supplying and demanding sides have agreed on. |
